MY STORY

I started my career with Infosys in the Year 2000, and over the years I’ve worn many hats. But at the heart of everything I do is a deep curiosity about people and spaces.

I founded USOL in 2011 with one simple belief: every child matters.

It began with a few one-on-one sessions—just me and a handful of students.I wanted to create a space where learning felt alive and personal. Today, USOL is that space—and so much more.

What drives me is the moment when a student’s eyes light up—when something clicks, when a spark is ignited.

As someone who has moved between boardrooms, classrooms, living rooms, and recording studios, I see education, real estate, and storytelling as deeply connected. Whether I’m helping a student find their academic path, guiding a family toward the right home, or hosting a guest on my podcast Realising with Richa, it always comes back to one thing: creating meaningful spaces—for learning, for living, and for growth.
